My tracking shows Delivered, but I don't have my package?Updated 6 months ago

If the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you don't have the it, we kindly request that you check with a member of your household or a neighbour, as perhaps one of them collected or signed for the package. 

If there is no sign of the package, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can open an investigation.
