Can I double-bind/wear two compression garments at the same time?Updated 6 months ago

When it comes to binding, safety is the most important thing. We don't recommend double-binding (using two binders at the same time) or double-binding by using a binder layered with another compression garment like a sports bra. This is because a chest binder is a compression garment which already can restrict breathing and increasing the compression strength could pose additional risks.
